Special bearings

For CIS countries, NTE manufactures various types of bearings for special products that are subject to increased requirements: internal design, dimensions different from the ISO standard, increased load capacity and rotational speed. Such bearings are characterized by high reliability as well as low friction coefficient.

Such bearings are manufactured separately from the standard production range and are governed by special technical requirements, technical documentation, which is coordinated with the customer before the start of production. Multi-stage quality control at each stage of production allows us to obtain the required reliability and durability.

In the construction of such bearings (and bearing units) special steels are used (ASTM A 295, ASTM A 485, ASTM A 756, M 50) and their alloys of higher quality, which undergo a multi-stage test before the start of production. That allows to obtain guaranteed reliability regardless from the use of this bearing. For increased requirements for reliability and durability of such bearings, special materials are used for the manufacture of bearing cages (aluminum alloys (AA 2017 (ANSI H35.2), 424201), tinless bronze (CuAI10Fe3Mn2, 423046, 423047, 2.0936), PTFE and other polymeric materials) .

The implementation of such quality standards in manufacturing has allowed NTE special bearings to occupy a estimable position on the special products market and confirm their status as a professional in the design, manufacturing and supplying of ball and roller bearings, plain bearings, bearing units, custom-made for products with special requirements.
