Design and operating principle

Withdrawal bushings are intended for mounting bearings with a 1:12 tapered bore on cylindrical shaft journals and for facilitating bearing removal during maintenance.
Main components:
- Bushing body (tapered section) – made of high-strength bearing steel. It has a conical shape, which creates a tight fit of the bearing on the shaft without damaging the surface during axial movement.
- Threaded section – provides controlled axial displacement of the bushing during installation, allowing precise adjustment of the bearing fit in accordance with technical requirements.
- Lock nut – used for final fixation of the bearing on the bushing. This part prevents spontaneous loosening of the connection under the influence of vibrations and variable loads.
